• Ours took awhile too but be patient. The information said give it 24 hours to fulling fill the ice tray. If not call the store for help

• Make sure the ice maker switch is turned on. There is also a reset button you can try to press until it beeps. This will reset the ice maker.

• it may take up to 48 hours.....it is pretty slow but worth the wait.
