Yes actually it came completely assembled.

You are responsible for making sure it is a fit to your space. Also that you have a power outlet and water supply hookup for an ice maker accessible.

Mine was installed ready to use, that’s what it says in the purchase installation… ready to use. It’s literally ready to use when they’re done.

The crew that delivered my refrigerator set the drawers, set up the ice water hose and made sure it was leveled

The shelves and drawers were pre installed.  Unknown, if the delivery people did that or automatically in the fridge.  You can still adjust the shelves as needed later.
