Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Kate, I would go for the Viper DS4+. My wife and i tried the Compustar and we had compatibility issues with her 2012 Nissan Rogue. The DS4+ was recommended by the Geek squad tech. We bought it and are waiting for installation. I checked your 2016 Toyota Rav 4 and it is compatible with the Viper DS4 for push start and standard key. The vehicle being a hybrid shouldn't make a difference. Hope this helps! Patrick
