    The guy who sold me this either lied or didnt know what he was even talking about so i ended up with someone i didn't need and 200 bucks broker

    I arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early and the agent was waiting for me when I walked in. I gave the product to be installed the automatic starter and we talked about what he was going to do and he got to work. He told me it says 2 1/2 hrs but it won’t be. And he was right. 20 minutes top

    Geek Squad Remote Car Starter Installation

    I’m honestly a bit bitter concerning the installation of the Remote Starter. I purchased the Starter in November, the date I was given for installation was January 1st. December 31st I had a message on my phone that my appointment was canceled because the Technician was ill. I had to go to the back of the line and was given an appointment for February 28th at 9am in Virginia. I live over an hour away and Virginia’s traffic is horrendous especially during rush hour.I canceled that appointment and was sent to the back of the line again. My new appointment is April 9th in Lanham. I was going to return it and buy another somewhere else but the time for return had passed. So, five months after the purchase I hope to be actually getting the installation as long as my Technician is well. So much for enjoying a warm car with no ice or frost this winter. I do not blame the Technician for getting ill I blame the process. Every time I have called I have explained what I have endured and being sent to the back of the line for something that was no fault of mine. I am not happy,

    I purchased a remote start on sale through Best buy with my total tech membership it came with free install and the t harness required for installation. During the ordering process BB.com would not let me have it delivered to the store or schedule an install appointment. It stated that I must call and schedule with the store. After trying to call the store and only being able to get a hold of the 1-800 customer service I was told to order the service online and schedule an appointment. The only option for the service was to pay almost $170 for a install that was supposed to be free. I scheduled the appointment even though I was supposed to get it for free because I wanted to get this done for my husband while he was out of the country as a surprise. My order arrived and I waited for my appointment date upon arriving the awesome guys at The geek squad install department realized that BB.com had sent me the wrong T-harness required for install. Of course my luck they were out of stock of the one that I needed so I was unable to get it installed the day of my appointment. They ordered the part that I needed with expedited shipping to the store free of charge and returned the install price back to my card because as they agreed it should have been free anyways. They were booked up with installs but they squeezed me in for the day after the item was supposed to arrive. Luckily the item arrived on time and the appointment went flawlessly. It didn't take the full 3 hours they were done in about 45 minutes. Definitely would recommend these guys for installing anything you need for your car.

    Horrible trying to get this scheduled. On January 8th scheduled an install for February 4th. They cancelled because their technician didn’t show up. They said the next available spot was March 23rd. Would not recommend them

    Professional, clean install of a Compustar Remote Start system. Took less than an hour after they told me it'd be up to 2 hours. Would highly recommend!

    Installation at the dedham best buy was a very good experience. Took only 1 hour. The tech was knowledgeble and demonstrated how the product works.

    Forst i drove 45 mins 2 times out of my way for them to not have the parts or not show up waited 4 hours came to pick it up after xalling somwone to get me and relized my car had not been moved. Now i have to drive back again 45 more mins for another date. Which im hoping 3rd times a charm. Im very chill person so just call and reschedual before youake me waste my time twice. Lets hope this next one is the next or im about to really be no so nice.
