The installation was smooth. Only issue is the product could be purchased cheaper outside of best buy, but best but will only install the product if you purchase from best buy.

Just had my remote start system installed on the 17th and so far so good. The technician who installed it was very knowledgeable and efficient. I don't mind driving 25 miles for excellent customer service and knowledge.

Purchased installation with harness to go along with remote start kit. Installation was smooth. Remote start functions as it should.

Geek Squad was able to finish the installation on our 2019 Sienna in just a little over an hour. I appreciated that they called me to tell that we can go ahead of our scheduled appointment because they had a cancellation that day. The lifetime warranty is also nice.

Thisvremote started is awesome because its two way radio... it telss you when the car is on.The install staff called me two days early to move up my appointment.. That was great.. The install team were i ncredible Jason was excellent.

I have a 20 year old van and the tech was able to install a remote start and alarm for me. It was super complicated and took different software but they were able to figure it out. Awesome customer service and very professional.

Took about 4 hours to install on my 2017 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. No additional parts or labor were required. My car is a push to start and this was not an issue. Car does not turn off when you open the door after report starting. So that’s a plus. A lot of push to starts turn off for some reason when you open the door. I can also press lock 3 times on my regular car key and that starts it too. Will buy again for my other car

The whole system was installed in the stipulated time. The guy was knowledgeable and courteous. After the installation, he explained all the features in details to me. I have not had any issues since the installation.

The agent completed the install quickly, was thorough in his explanation of how to use new remote start system, and was patient with my questions.

My experience was ok with there service. It took a bit longer than it should of.

I went in to have Viper remote start and security system installed in my car. I was told the job should take 4.5 hours which after talking to other Best Buy installers, it should take two hours. After 5.5 hours the installer tells me that Viper misinformed them and the system isn't compatible with my car. So he tells me that he can put in a comparable Compustar system so I said fine being that you have already cut into the wire harness in the car (another Best Buy installer told me later that no wires needed to be cut, the T harness makes it pretty much plug and play). While he's putting the Compustar system in, I go in and speak with the "manager". I tell him how displeased I am. He just looks at me. No apology or anything. He simply said that he'll go talk to the installer. I told him not to bother him that's he's already taken too long and that I just want it finished so I can leave. After 8.5 hours the system is in and working. The installer calls for the manager to make a price adjustment on the new system. The manager acted disgusted, did what he needed and walked away. Again, no apology or anything said to me. I've never been this dissatisfied with a company in all of my life. I am thoroughly disgusted with this company. I am currently exchanging emails with corporate. I hope that store manager is reprimanded. I personally loved Circuit City because of the knowledgeable employees and great customer service. A little more pricey but worth it. America wanted cheap and ran them out of business. As my grandfather always told me, "you get what you pay for". Best Buy is a prime example.

T harness is a requirement for car starter installation. Again this should be included in the car starter purchase.

Installation was done on time and end the item works. The instruction manual leaves a lot to be desired. Confusing at best. The tech gave good instruction on starting the car but rather fast. May have to return for more instructions.

Appointment started on time. I had a remote starter installed in my Ford Escape. I am very impressed with the professional attitude and work of the Geek Sqaud.

This wire harness made installation a breeze and kept the factory wiring all in place it really makes for a hassle free installation
