    They did a very good job on my alarm system . Took the right amout of time waited there very happy now i have appointments have a Android auto put in it will follow-up on next vist

    These guys are usually pretty good with everything they do. Can be a pain if you don't have everything you need for the installation and have to constantly reschedule but usually pretty good to work with.

    I purchased a remote starter installation and found out after I drove to geek squad on a Saturday morning and the tech working said that they do not install remote starters that have not been purchased through them. Went back on the website and nowhere does it say that on product features list or product details that this is the case. Called customer service and she said she doesn't make the policies or the websites. Ok. I asked for her to refund the installation then and she informed me that best buy policy is for me to drive back to the store and return an online purchase at the physical store. There is no product to physically return and why wouldn't the tech tell me that I need to return it there before letting me leave?! I bought an unused service and simply want my money back. Incredibly frustrating to waste time and gasoline on a Saturday morning. Will not be shopping at Best Buy again.

    I arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early and the agent was waiting for me when I walked in. I gave the product to be installed the automatic starter and we talked about what he was going to do and he got to work. He told me it says 2 1/2 hrs but it won’t be. And he was right. 20 minutes top

    The installation was fast, with professional touches. No loose wires or anything forced to fit somewhere. The technician showed us how to use the remote, and even spent a few extra minutes explaining how he put it in a place where the expansion modules could be added, easily. Brilliant!

    I purchased the Total Tech Support for the car install services. They had an opportunity to install on two of my three cars and both experiences were disappointing. For both installs, my cars were damaged. In addition, both required a visit back. If it weren't for the intervention of customer service to help me work with the stores, I would have not given them an average rating.

    The men that were installing my remote start in my car were absolutely phenomenal. I have no complaints as they went above and beyond on resolving the issue I had with the wrong part being ordered and installed it pretty quickly too

    They did a good job installing a remote start even though it did take a couple hours but the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with deciding which one and very helpful in how to use it

    Installs for remote start was extremely accurate and fast. This is the 3rd vehicle getting this Viper DS4+ Unit installed, and 3rd different BestBuy location. This by far was the faster, and most professional location of them all.

    Good service but it took 3 weeks for an appointment. Also just one hard wooden bench to sit in to wait for a 3 hour process to finish. Customer comfort should be taken into consideration.

    Main tech,Scott went above and beyond to correct issue when harness was not available. He did what was necessary to install my remote start and have my vehicle ready on time. He restored my faith in Best Buy/Geek Squad. His team is great. I would, and have recommended this shop to friends and family. Anyone can provide good customer service, these guys provided GREAT customer service. Thanks again!

    The geek squad has always been helpful, courteous, and prompt with all of my questions. I really appreciate the attention and attentiveness I receive when I interact with them. I’ve never been pressured to buy more than I need and have always been given very positive suggestions.

    The Installation of my, iDataStart - HC3.5 2-Way LED Remote Start System - Black, couldn't have gone smoother. Installation took half the estimated time for completion, and the Tech explained everything I needed to know both prior to the install, as well as after. Great experience!

    Geek Squad Equates to Great Work

    I purchased a FirsTech CM-X remote start module and had Best Buy / Geek Squad install it. I am absolutely thrilled with the end results! I have a warranty on my installation and the work done is impeccable! Saved me hours upon hours of frustration and possible damage to my vehicle. Highly Recommended!

    I purchased an item and had to wait two weeks for installation the installer was professional and did a great job. I just think Best Buy should hire a second person that way if one goes on vacation the customers aren't left waiting two weeks.

    The installation was smooth. Only issue is the product could be purchased cheaper outside of best buy, but best but will only install the product if you purchase from best buy.
