The DA29-0003B (also known as the DA29-00003B or HAF-CU1 filter) is one of the series of replacement cartridges designed to fit the RF267ABRS model refrigerator. Please make sure all packaging is removed from the filter, and check the filter housing to ensure there is no debris or misplaced part obstructing the opening for the cartridge. It may also help to turn off the water supply to alleviate pressure in the lines when removing or replacing the filter. If these suggestions don't help to resolve the issue, service may be needed to determine why the new cartridges are not able to be installed.
