It works pretty good but not great. The videos online I viewed by the company show straighter hair than the results I obtain on my daughter’s 4C hair type. It’s gentle so really good for kids.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use this on 4a/4b combo hair and it works as advertised. No heat directly to the hair and the base of the hair is dry. The curl pattern isn't completely removed which saves the natural look.

Please try again later.I must be an anomaly because I have 4C hair and although it stretch and dry it, my hair feels extremely coarse, almost fried, even after using products. If I use too much product, it feels stiff and coarse, if I use less product, it feels crunchy/dry/coarse. I’m happy for all that have soft hair after, but I never do. Unless something is wrong with mine.
