“Is there a tutorial vid available for set up? I see there are reviews saying how easy it was to set up but I am not having that experience! Camera on does not yield any images.”

I received the following reply from Rexing..... unfortunately they do not include the details about which SD card to use in the product listings. But, below they do say which ones to use AND which one NOT TO USE! We also request you to kindly view the video link provided below for the installation of the Rexing H2 Digital Trail Camera https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6YgOp9hpKds&t=119s We request you to only use the SD cards mentioned below as these SD cards have been tested for performance with Rexing Products (The Rexing H2 Digital Trail camera supports a SD card up to 512GB, the lowest Size of SD card that can be used with the H2 is 32 GB) Card Recommendations · Kingston Canvas Go! MicroSD · Kingston Canvas React MicroSD · SanDisk High Endurance MicroSD NOTE: Please don't use SanDisk Ultra cards with our cameras

We are having the same problem. The app crashes repeatedly. We have contacted the company regarding the app problem but received no response. Very disappointed!! I've been told to return it but I'm hoping to find a fix.
