I am not sure but I know that it does have access to a "chip" and this could be taken out of the Rexing and with an adapter can be put onto your computer.

Please note that when in parking mode, your dashcam is unable to connect to your phone therefore it would be unable to do so. Since the dashcam only connects to your phone to quickly allow you to download video files to your phone. It is not able to do this 24/7 or remotely.
