• No. On the windshield. 3M tabs hold very well.

• It really is meant to go on the windshield because of the glare and I don't know if the mount will work on the dash.

• Does not come with a mount for the dash but I sure you could rig something up. This camera is so small you don't even notice it when mounted to the windshield
