• Hello! While it is technically possible to mount it onto the dashboard, this will result in impaired visibility which would not get a great look of the incoming traffic. However, since this dashcam has quite a wide range of motion for the lens, this could work depending on how your dashboard is designed.

• I would recommend using the adhesive for the dash, and your view might not be amazing, but there's no reason why you couldn't do that. The biggest issue that you'll run into is that the video will be upside down, but you can fix that in post.
