• Hi! Yes, it does have WIFI but you cannot connect to your camera remotely. It is only meant for quick access of a recorded video while you are in the vehicle with the device ON.

• Yes, but the app works 10% of the time. Save your money and find a better wifi camera. The app sucks and never connects to your phone. I had to buy an SD card adapter to watch the videos on my phone.
