Please try again later.Yes, you will need two additional items, you will want to get a larger MicroSD card so that the camera does not consistently override files AND you will also need the Rexing - Universal Intelligent Hardwire Kit Model:BBY-IT-HWK SKU:6464394, which was $39 additional. With these two items, the camera will record continuously (after the vehicle is turned off) which you can view on the MicroSD card up until it is overwritten when the MicroSD card gets full, this is why you will want a larger card so that it will record overnight. You can view the video via the Rexing Connect app or remove the MicroSD card and view on a laptop/computer. In the settings of the camera you can set how long of recordings you want (3 to 5 min) These will be continuous mini recordings that will only be able to view until they are overwritten. The camera will only capture video and put into a separate file if there is any motion/activity that it considers an accident which is then saved on the MicroSD card for later viewing and is never overwritten.
