“Does it record all the time or continuous when vehicle off”

• It must be hard wired to record when vehicle is parked. Their is a setting that has to be turned on and set according to sensitivity of vehicle being possibly hit for it to record. This setting will not work if you plan on plugging it into a cigarette lighter

• it does have loop recording and you would have to hardwire (https://store.rexingusa.com/product/rexing-smart-hardwire-kit-mini-usb-port-for-rexing-v1-v1p-wifi-version-and-v3-dash-cams/) it's currently powered by 12 volt cigarette adapter but it also will continue to record if your car is on using the 12 volt cig. adapter but once you shut it off with this chosen power it won't record continuous, hope this helps
