“Hi, I’ve had this camera for nearly a year now. Does the dash cam have an internal hard drive anywhere or like an iCloud where you can go back a few weeks ago? Or is there a number to the company I can call?”

Hi there! There is no cloud services as the camera is more secure when all your footage is saved right on the SD Card. If you ever have an important video, simply press the lock/save button to save the file from being over written when the SD card is full. Also look into getting a bigger spaced SD card to save even more videos.
