I’d check your settings(audio manager) on windows. Perform test for hearing and mic. Also if you are running under optical check your connection

If your microphone is not working, you may want to make sure the headset is properly set up as your default device under your computer's audio settings. You may also want to establish a new connection with your wireless adapter. 1) Unplug the wireless adapter from your gaming console and restart it (completely turn it off and back on). 2) Reconnect the adapter and press and hold down the linking button on your adapter until it starts flashing an alternative red and blue. 3) Once flashing red and blue please put your headset in pairing mode by pressing and holding the power switch towards the linking icon until it starts flashing red and blue as well. 4) Once the headset stops flashing and the LED light on the adapter is solid purple means they are successfully connected. Last but not least, we always recommend testing the headset with a different PC to isolate the issue. If for some reason you still encounter the same issue, then it means the headset has an actual problem and it will be best to replace it.
