Are these the same as the "Ring Alarm" sensors? If not, are they at least fully compatible? I can't find any mention of "Ring Protect" on the mfg. web site, but some searches seem to indicate that "Ring Protect" was the original prod name c. 2017 null

These are definitely OEM Ring sensors from the manufacturer. The nice thing about buying a 6-pack is that you essentially get one free, because the sensors individually and in 2-packs cost $20.00 each. I have a big house and was very happy to be able to buy these in bulk. They work great.

The 6 pack I ordered from Best Buy came in a Ring Box.
Upon viewing them, they are the same contacts as what is inside of Rings complete box set: alarm panel, motion sensor, range extention, sensors. Hope this helps..
Best Buy had the best price I could find in all of my searches.
