I was able to install several motion sensors with no problems. Most of the time I use the Ring app instead of the keypads. The Ring Security is a great DYI security system.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The sensors are not tied to an individual keypad. Your keypad will control the status of your entire system, either disarmed, armed home, or armed away. Under your Settings > Modes is where you add what sensors are armed with each armed setting.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sensors are connected to Ring Base Station via Z Wave not keypad. Keypad is connected to Ring Base Station via Z wave like other devices. There is a limit on how many devices you can connect to Ring Alarm. But it is a very high number of 100.
