Does the system work with existing wired sensors? I have wired sensors throughout the house but need a new control system. null

The Ring system is wireless and works independently of and wired system. Ring cannot control an existing wired system. Ring can be installed without having to remove the existing wired system. We purchased Ring to replace our wired system, and have been very happy. We just left the wires in the walls and called to cancel our previous security system. Ring allows you to control your system, and even with remote supervision (Ring will alert the police or fire department) Ring is much less expensive.

I believe it's totally wireless, at least mine is. It's really a neat system that's controlled on the cellphone. What I don't know is how well it notifies police or fire in an emergency.
