There is a setting under each sensor in the app that allows you to turn on delays of like 30 seconds. More than likely you have a device set to instantly go off when the security is set to AWAY mode. So if you have a back door that the family never uses, its great to set that one for instant. Seconds matter if your home is broken into.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You don't have your entry sensors setup as a primary entry sensor. Those follow whatever delay time you setup. If it is setup as a secondary sensor it always immediately alarms. Go into devices and setup your sensors correctly.
