Hello, Depending on the router, they may all lower stream quality to compensate or the router might focus on one or two to prioritize. Please email me if you'd like to discuss this in detail: [email protected]. Thanks, Bilan J, Customer Satisfaction Specialist
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have a total of 4 cameras currently installed: 2 doorbells, a Floodlight cam, and a Spotlight cam. One of the doorbells is hardwired, as is the Floodlight. We have a solar panel on the other doorbell, and the spotlight is battery only. We occasionally have issues connecting to the solar/battery doorbell and the Spotlight. The hardwired cameras seem to maintain a fairly rock solid connection. We're not sure if that's an issue based on connection type, or with our Wifi. We have Verizon FIOS 1GB service, which realistically translates to 50mb and higher Wifi connectivity throughout the house. We get a ton of motion alerts throughout the day, so for the most part they seem to be working. Live View is where we really see issues with connectivity. All of the above being said, we have each corner of the house sectioned off, so rarely do I have multiple cameras picking up the same motion at the same time.
