• You will need to contact a licensed electrician to install the Floodlight Cam as Hellotech does not allow techs to install the FLOODLIGHT cams due to liability issues. Hellotech does not have licensed techs qualified to install FLOODLIGHTS. Ring does have DIY videos on installation, however it's best to seek professional help.
