• Yes, within the app you can turn lights on and off or set a schedule of when you want lights to come on.

• Yes, light can be switched on or off from anywhere using the Ring mobile app. Select the device you want, click settings, look at top right for "Lights" and swipe it on or off to manually control the light. See attached screen shot.
