• Hi there, It's possible that you have a Motion Schedule programmed on your camera. While active, a Motion Schedule will prevent the camera from detection motion at certain times, hence muting the Chime. We'd love to help investigate this further and help find a solution. Please post on our Community Forums, where other Ring users can share their experience with you. We look forward to hearing from you soon. All the best, Marlom at Ring.
