Hi debbie. Thank you for your question. No, the Ring Spotlight Cam Plus is designed to run off a Wifi network and doesn't have port to plug in a cat6 wire. This Ring Spotlight Cam Plus Plug-In come with a 19.7 feet long power cord that plug into a standard outlet to receive power.
