I brought one of these ring spot lights, and once battery went dead. I charged it up until it was green but when put back in it's still saying that the battery ain't charged.. So i brought another new battery charge it and it still won't come on. null

Go solar and never worry about charging a battery again. 
That was my solution because just batteries was a pain in the you know where.

Thank you so much for bringing this concern to our attention, as your Ring Spotlight Cam Wire-free should power up after a minute, and be ready for use once a charged battery has been re-placed. One common issue for this concern is the hatch on the battery compartment has not been closed tightly. Ensure your hatch is completely closed by firmly closing the battery compartment door. It might take a little pressure, but you'll know it's secure when you hear a click.
