- Answer Hello, Thanks for reaching out. All of our Ring devices include a two-way audio feature. If you are, however, referring to the 110-decibel alarm, you must manually turn this on/off through your Ring app. It will not be initiated on its own. QuestionDoes Ring have a product suitable for use in an auto for use as a dog monitor with two-way voice? A Verizon hub would be the WIFI access device. While Ring likely does not have a temperature monitor, that would be an outstanding feature.

- Answer There are plenty of WiFi extenders. Ring Spotlight Cam works with any WiFi extender. NETGEAR AC1200 WiFi extender is my I’m recommending.

- Answer I have the Ring 1 doorbell and several cameras. They all work on the same WiFi network. You might need a range extender if some of your units are too far away from the WiFi base.

QuestionIf I already have a solar powered Stick Up cam, can I replace it the new Spotlight Cam - Battery and use my existing solar panel? The Stick Up Cam's solar panel is already mounted so it would be an easy switch if it works on the Spotlight Cam.

- Answer The Solar panels are not interchangeable. You would need to purchase a solar panel specifically for the Spotlight Cam.

- Answer It comes with one battery pack, but does hold 2 of them. It is the same removable, rechargeable pack that the 2nd version of the doorbell now has. You can buy them from Ring. I installed 3 weeks ago a Ring 2 doorbell and have been so impressed with it that I purchased and installed a wired spotlight camera and a floodlight camera this weekend. I plan to purchase 2 of the battery version spotlight cameras as well.

- Answer There should have been in a plastic packet with a special screwdriver to remove the screw from your camera. You remove the screw by inserting that special screwdriver into the screw under the camera. Be very careful it’s a very tiny screw and you can easily drop it and lose it. Once opened remove the battery. Be sure to replace the screw straight and not at an angle. There should’ve been extra little screws in your packet for the cameras.
