Why can't I get any audio to come through the device? null

There's an audio button on the video screen you push when the camera is on, just push it.

I had the same issue. I called Ring and they fixed it on their end. Works perfectly now.

I suspect it may be your internet transmission speed and/or the location of your modem. I replaced my broadband service with fiber optic and relocated the modem as part of a planned and much needed upgrade to our home. This corrected both a freezing picture and audio issues.

Mine seems to work. Are you sure you've un-muted the speaker icon?

Have you checked the wifi signal on it? If your signal is low you might have to get a booster for the signal!
