You can purchase some 3M Indoor/Outdoor Adhesive. I actually use it for one of my Ring Doorbell and Solar Light Panels and they work great on brick/concrete surfaces.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The kit includes a drill bit but not a glue. I recommend that you drill the holes and install it properly to avoid future issues. Especially keeping it secure enough for a thief not to walk off with it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This includes a masonry drill bit which should be able to drill into the rock if it’s just used as siding. You can also get a hammer drill and proper masonry bits to securely mount it to the wall.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would not recommend gluing the device to your house. If you're able to drill, the installation is quite easy as the device comes with it's own drill bit, anchors and screws.
