You can definitely use without drilling. Double sided tape but that does mean it can be taken on you.

It only took 2 screws to mount it. I did have to drill to mount it because my original holes did not line up. You may be able to try 3d permanent outdoor tape to mount it but it will not get as secure.

maybe if you can screw the device into the wall, otherwise will probably fall off
