There's an audio button on the video screen you push when the camera is on, just push it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I suspect it may be your internet transmission speed and/or the location of your modem. I replaced my broadband service with fiber optic and relocated the modem as part of a planned and much needed upgrade to our home. This corrected both a freezing picture and audio issues.
