Just screwed it in after charging battery and connected to WiFi

Installation was simple. We put ours right over where our old doorbell was. Used the included mounting bracket and the wiring was simple. You do need to charge the unit fist even if you are wiring it. If you are installing it without an existing doorbell you can mount it to any wall. You will just need to periodically charge the unit with the included charger. Then download the APP and connect the unit wirelessly to your wifi. They have online videos that make this step very simple also.
