Yea!! make sure that you are using the 2.4 wifi.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You may have downloaded an old program. If you purchase another one delete anything you downloaded before for your last one. Then call tech support and let them walk you through it. I am serious. I'm pretty smart about these types of things but I had the same problem. When I called tech support the tech asked what I had tried. I told him and told him what the icons for the downloads looked like. He had me delete all of them and then he had me go back and scroll down until I saw the icon he described. Once I clicked on it everything was so easy. There are other services that have their programs that can confuse you. I don't know why they allow that.
