You’ll need nothing else except a phone and the Ring Doorbell app. You can put the Doorbell app on a tablet computer or tablet.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. You don’t have to have Alexa at all! I choose to hard wire and not do the battery route. If you have a regular doorbell which is wired, you can use it easily... I bought the $99.00 one. Check your molding around the doorbell. I had to get a piece of wood since my molding was weird. I also used waterproof caulk to secure. You need to download app. Adjustment may be made so it’s not picking up too much. It can be sensitive. I love it.
