Hi Metzie, The Ring Video Doorbell connects to existing doorbell wiring or runs off the built-in rechargeable battery. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If the current button is flush against the wall enough, you might be able to. There are some openings on the back of the base of the Ring bell, used for pulling the wires through if you're going to hardwire it. If you lined it up right, and again if the button doesn't stick out too much/isn't too large then it may be possible. Here's an example image I found online of the back of the bell.
