• I guess it’s your property, it does record audio, and you don’t have to put a sign for it unless if you want to,

• I think it’s legal and we haven’t posted a sign. It does record audio which is great

• Audio and video are stored in the cloud for 60 days, if you subscribe to this service. Cost is OK. You can share this with HPD &/or neighbors who have similar system, though I don't yet know how.
