No activation fee. There is a $3 a month or $30 a year fee to have your videos saved for I believe 60 days. And you are able to share them. First 30 days is a free trial. The doorbell works pretty well for a very reasonable price

The first 30 days are free. Then if you pay for the entire year you save six dollars otherwise it’s three dollars a month. So at the end of my trial. I am going to pay the $30 and save six dollars.
