Hi Jonboy57, For security purposes, we no longer support Android operating systems below 5.0. Currently, the Ring App is compatible with Android devices version 5.0 or newer. The app is also compatible with Apple devices iOS 9.1 or newer, and desktops, tablets, and laptops running the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update. and MacOS machines version 10.11 or newer.
