the RING camera will film through a glass door but at night the red night view beam will bounce off the window back to the camera.

These Ring camera products will view through a glass window during the daytime but as soon as it gets dark outside,the beam of the night view will bounce back at the camera so all you will see outside IS the Camera showing in the reflection of the glass window.
