Yes, there are two different packages Ring offers. The cheapest one is $3.00 per month but it’s optional.

You will receive alerts when visitors press your doorbell or trigger motion sensors in your device. You will also get live streaming video and two-way audio. There is, however, a Ring Protect Plan available. Ring Protect will allow you to review, share, and save Ring videos for as little as $3 a month. You can choose between Ring Protect Basic and Plus.
