- Answer Strong WiFi. The Video doorbell comes with all installation Items needed in the box already. Once you download the app. It automatically guides you to it. It asks you to press the button and your phone will search for the device and connect it automatically to your WiFi. Then it’ll tell you what to do next right from the get go. Very easy. My 82 year old grandma did it completely on her own without any help :-)

- Answer It only comes with one battery but I’m sure you can buy another. If you have the app on your phone you’ll get notifications before the battery needs to be charged. And, even when the battery is running low and you’re getting notifications to charge it, it takes a few days for the battery to die completely. I don’t recommend doing that but I wanted to know how long it would run until it ran out. Mine lasted about 7 additional days before it died.
