- Answer Not sure if you can drill holes in the door, but use sheetmetal screws. get the right size. If not, double sided tape might work.

QuestionI have the ring but I got a new iPhone and now it does not work on my new phone. I tried to set it up but it wants a code or to push the orange button which means I would have to take the ring down, I am trying to avoid all that. Is that possible?

- Answer Assuming that you still have the provided screwdriver, dismounting the RING device is easy with a few screws on the bottom. Be sure that you have your WiFi password handy.

QuestionWhat is the actual dimension of the Ring base that attaches to the outside? It says 12"x6", but that seems a bit large. (Which is ok by me since my current doorbell base is on the larger side.

- Answer The base is the same dimensions as the unit. Maybe it meant 6 centimeters by 12 centimeters? Definitely not 12"X6".
