It is real easy to set up, It gives you easy to read directions for it.. You set up an account with them just incase if anything goes wrong with it. There is no service charge to set it up. It will keep your recording for you free for 30 days and after that if you want to keep the recordings it only cost 3.00 a month or 30.00 for a year. You don't have to take it because it will still let you know if there is motion at your front door but just won't record it for you. You can still see who is there and talk to them from your phone.
