My bell mount is angled to the side, doesn’t point straight out. How far to the side angle-wise can the camera see? null

My Ring is mounted 90 degrees to the front door, about 36" out and 36" off the ground. It still sees the door and entire front porch, and also my driveway. Its detection range is sufficient to trigger when the trash pickup occurs in the street.

There are motion zones adjustable for distance out, and you can turn on or off the individual zones.

That’s simple to find out; go into your Ring App, Tap on Live View and walk the area so you can see yourself.

I have mine on the side and it has a good camera view. It’s a 180 degree view. I can see cars on my street. Overall great product.
