Yes. My wife is able to access the ring camera via the ring application on her IPhone with an issue. I am using a Samsung phone and it is working fine also.

Live View is a feature available through the Ring app that you can use to see what’s happening outside your door, around your home, or wherever you've set up your Ring doorbell or camera(s).
