The life expectancy of a device can depend on several factors including weather and amount of use. When you purchase a new or Certified Refurbished Device (which, for clarity, excludes devices sold as “Used” & Used Devices sold as Warehouse Deals), we warrant the device against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for one year from the date of original retail purchase.
