When it comes time to recharge the device, you will remove it from the mounting bracket, bring it inside and charge it using the provided micro USB cable. This doorbell can also be hardwired to an existing doorbell system or transformer for continuous charging (8-24 VAC, 40VA max, 50/60Hz).
