• it is gone. this is the same dvr but it has no fees. A lifetime contract for the TiVo services is included in the purchase price

• Check Tivo if it's not available here anymore, but the $400 model is a MUCH better deal. 2x the storage space, and includes service, so it's cheaper and better than the $50 model.
