No. Hopefully TiVo will add Sling. I'm getting Sling through my Apple TV.

Cannot currently (Oct 2017) use SlingTV with TiVo OTA. Despite the fact that they show Spotify logo on box and on their website it is no longer supported for TiVo OTA.
